By purchasing a subscription plan you agree:
You will hold all passwords for any subscription in the strictest of confidence. You may not share or disclose any password to any other user or third party other than as specifically provided for herein. If you breach any provision of this section, we shall be entitled to (i) terminate this Agreement immediately, (ii) retain all payments paid pursuant to this Agreement and, (iii) seek any legal or equitable remedies.
The administrator of this subscription agrees to maintain the user name and access code and be responsible for allowing only the number of units access as agreed to. You will be allowed a 10% increase on the number of users you subscribe to. Example: If you subscribe to a one-hundred unit usage of this service, you will be allowed up to 110 concurrent access points. That would be 110 computers accessing the service at the same time, at which point no others will be allowed. It is very important that all who are given the user name and access code understand that sharing of the code may result in them and others not being able to access the service.
Once your subscription level (number of users agreed to in your subscription), including the extra10%, is reached no others will be allowed access.
If your (administrator’s) user name and password have been compromised, you must call Universal Publishing to reset your password.
Anyone subscribing to this service will need to download/install or already have third party software on their computers. Gutenberg Inc. will assume no liability whatsoever in regards to said software or to the downloading or installing of said software. Always refer to the third parties software “Terms of Use” in regard to its software.
