Shipping and Handling*
Our shipping and handling fee is 10% on all orders over $70.00 and $7.00 on all orders $70.00 and under.
Please make sure your order includes shipping and handling. This is particularly important if you use a school purchase order. Excluding the shipping and handling fee from your order may result in significant delays.
Universal Publishing ships all packages via UPS; therefore, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes. In the event no one is available to sign for the delivery, UPS may return the items to Universal Publishing, resulting in additional shipping charges for the customer. In order to prevent these additional charges, Universal Publishing can provide an approximate delivery date and assist with tracking packages.

Return Policy*
Returns: Please call 800-940-2270 before returning items. If we are not informed prior to a return, we will not be able to refund or exchange the items.
Items may be returned or exchanged within 90 days of the ship date as long as they are in resalable condition.
If Universal Publishing has made an error in your order (e.g., you received the wrong items or the wrong number of items), or the items are damaged or defective, we will exchange the items at our cost. Simply call 800-940-2270 and we will send the correct items, as well as shipping labels to return the incorrect/damaged/defective items.
If you wish to return or exchange items for reasons that are not the fault of Universal Publishing, a refund will be given on the cost of the items only. Original shipping and handling fees will not be refunded; in the case of an exchange, the customer will also be charged shipping and handling on the new items. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the items. Universal Publishing only accepts returns from traceable shipping methods (UPS, FedEx, etc.). The items being returned must be unused, unmarked, and in resalable condition. A 15% restocking fee may apply. Please call 800-940-2270 before you return the items.
In order to prevent returns due to incorrect item/ISBN numbers, Universal Publishing makes every effort to reiterate order item/ISBN numbers and their corresponding product names when communicating with our customers. We also ask that you please carefully check the item/ISBN numbers on your order to ensure they are accurate.
Bookstores: We do not accept returns from bookstores. Bookstores may exchange incorrect, damaged, or defective items if the error is the fault of Universal Publishing or our shipping carrier. Please call 800-940-2270 to notify us of incorrect, damaged, or defective items within 14 days of the ship date on your order. After this time, we will not be able to exchange the items.
