Universal Publishing recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy
of personal information about you as a user of our web site. This statement
is designed to explain what information about users the web site collects
and how that information is treated.

1. Information Collected
This web site does not collect personal information about a user except
for information that is voluntarily provided to our company so that we can
serve the user's needs and our legitimate business purposes.
For each visitor to our web site, our web server does not automatically
recognize any information regarding the domain or e-mail address. We collect
only the domain name, but not the e-mail address of visitors to our web
site, the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail,
aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, and
information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or
site registrations.
The information we collect is used for internal review and to improve the
content of our web site, and is not shared with other organizations for
commercial purposes. We do not sell individual customer names or other
private profile information to third parties and have no intention of doing
so in the future. We never make your e-mail address available to any other
company or organization without your permission.
If you supply us with your postal address, you may receive periodic
mailings from Universal Publishing with information on new products or
upcoming events. If you do not wish to receive such mailings, please let us
know by sending an e-mail to the above address.
2. Our Mailing List
If you provide us with your e-mail address, or have done so in the past,
we may upon occasion send you e-mail updates about new products, upcoming
conventions, special offers, etc. We treat our mailing list details in
accordance with item 1 above. Furthermore, we do not make any mailings via
our own system on behalf of others. Each e-mail sent via the mailing list
includes a clear statement as to how the users may remove themselves from
the list.
3. Cookies
We currently use cookies for the sole purpose of keeping track of what
you have in your shopping cart.
4. Changes to this Statement
From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated
uses not previously disclosed in our privacy statement. If our information
practices change at some time in the future we will post the statement
changes to our web site to notify you of these changes and provide you with
the ability to opt out of these new uses. If you are concerned about how
your information is used, you should check back at our web site
periodically. Customers may prevent their information from being used for
purposes other than those for which it was originally collected by sending
an e-mail to the above address.
