According to the TIM website, ‘ TIM is a database of textbooks and instructional materials that have been requested by nonpublic and private schools and determined to be "eligible" or "not eligible" for purchase under Pennsylvania's textbooks and instructional materials loan program. Using this database will streamline the processing of requests for eligible materials.’
